NCGS 58-71-71 (b) Failure to meet this deadline may result in non-compliance and potential license suspension.

This course aims to enhance your knowledge and understanding of these critical areas within the bail bonding profession.

The North Carolina Bail Agents Association (NCBAA) is one of the main providers for continuing education and prelicensing of Bail Bondsman in North Carolina. NCBAA is a non-profit state-wide organization that is run by bondsmen for bondsmen. By taking your CE with NCBAA, your tuition continues to work for you long after the class is over. The fees All monies, tuition, and membership dues collected by NCBAA are used to help fight the anti-cash bail movement and to support better bail bonding laws to help you MAKE/SAVE MORE MONEY.
